Lemonade Day is back!

Lemonade Day is back in Laramie for its second year on August 14!

Lemonade Day is a free, fun and experiential learning program that teaches young people how to start, own and operate their own business in the form of a lemonade stand. The primary objective is to empower young people to take charge of their lives and become productive members of society.

Each child who signs up receives a backpack with a workbook from the entrepreneur that teaches them Lemonade Day lessons, such as creating budgets, setting profit goals, serving to customers, repaying investors and giving it back to the community. They can keep all the money they earn and are encouraged to spend, save and share it.
